Nutritional therapy is a therapeutic approach based on scientific data which aims to maximize health through nutrition. Nutritional therapy supports the human body's ability to self-regulate naturally. The foundations of nutrition therapy are an in-depth knowledge of the physiology of the human body, of each category of micro and macro-nutrients and their biochemical actions within the body's cells.

Nutritional therapy evaluates the impact of nutrients (vitamins, minerals, trace elements, fatty acids) on health and aims to optimize their status in the body in order to maintain optimal health.

Nutritional therapy focuses on the quantity and quality of nutrients absorbed by the body on a daily basis. As a nutritional therapist, I am able to detect and correct deficiencies in specific nutrient needed for the proper functioning of your body.

My approach

Nutrition is not a universal science, our needs vary according to age, gender, lifestyle or genetics.

It is important to be supported in implementing the diet that suits you to be in great shape depending on your age and your needs.

My goal is to identify with you the root cause(s) of your imbalances.

During the first consultation, we explore your medical history, eating habits and lifestyle in detail. I focus on every system of your body in order to understand where imbalances may come from.

If necessary, I also rely on functional tests such as the DUTCH test, GI MAP, OAT or Hair Mineral Analysis to detect vitamin and mineral deficiencies as well as hormonal imbalances.

We establish therapeutic objectives together and I will send you personalized nutritional recommendations, recipe flashcards, menus as well as suggestions for food supplements and lifestyle if necessary within 48 hours.

The second consultation takes place between 4 and 8 weeks after our first meeting. It allows us to evaluate your progress and adjust our approach to maximize your results. Together we will refine your protocol to best meet your needs and obtain lasting and significant results.

I recommend support for a minimum of 2 or 3 sessions, to allows us to explore in depth the underlying causes of your symptoms and put in place an action plan. Sometimes a longer  follow up support is needed, and my 6 consultations packs may be more suitable.
